Course Description: Stem Cell Epigenetics will focus on 3D genome organization in regulation of gene expression, with an emphasis on genetic imprinting and X chromosome inactivation. In addition to paper-based discussion, we will also perform Fluorescent in situ hybridization to interrogate chromosomal organization in stem cells.
