Course Description: Student teams will dive into and present key concepts underlying how biological networks sense and respond to changes in O2. There will be 4 modules: O2 dependent enzyme reactions; cell networks; tissue-level responses; and modern drugs targeting O2-related diseases. Student teams will be encouraged to explore datasets and models related to hypoxia.
