This course is provided to delve deeper into cryo-EM than is covered in macro classes. The course will consist of going through the key papers in the field of cryo-EM illuminating the fundamentals of the technique as it is used today. In the practical part, the students will get to collect and process negative stain and cryoEM data. In addition to working through the papers, as part of the course it will be expected that the students watch a series of instructional videos on cryo-EM (provided) to get an introduction to the cryoEM basics.
