Course Description: This mini-course will look at how cancer genomes impact the immune response to cancer, from tumor surveillance to the efficacy of immunotherapy. Topics will include tumor neoantigens, immunoediting and immune evasion, the role of various immune cell types in cancer immunity, and personalization of immune-based cancer therapies.
