Course Description: The cellular pathways responsible for maintaining the health of the proteome are termed the protein homeostasis (or proteostasis) network.  In this mini-course, we will investigate how the proteostasis network is regulated, how it is challenged and rewired in a range of diseases, and how it can be targeted therapeutically.
